Access Agent Services at agent.societyinsurance.com. On the Agent Services login screen, enter your registered email and password and click SIGN IN. Follow this process.
Enter your email and password and click SIGN IN.
On the set up multifactor authentication screen, click SETUP under the email authentication option.
On the set up email authentication screen, click the send me the code BUTTON.
On the set up email authentication screen, you will now have the option to enter a verification code.
Navigate to your email address associated with your Society Insurance Agent Services profile.
Locate the email in your inbox from [email protected] and copy the code.
Check your spam or junk folder if the email is not present in your inbox.
On the set up email authentication screen, click the TEXT BOX and enter the code copied from your email. Click VERIFY to continue.
Note you will receive a second verification email confirming you have successfully enrolled in multifactor authentication.
There are no tasks associated with this email.
After clicking verify on the previous screen, you will be taken to the set up multifactor authentication screen. Click FINISH to complete the initial multifactor email setup.
Note you will be taken back to the sign in screen.
On the sign in screen, enter your email and password and click SIGN IN.
On the verify with email authentication screen, click the send me the code BUTTON.
Locate the email in your inbox from [email protected] and copy the code.
Check your spam or junk folder if the email is not present in your inbox.
On the verify with email authentication screen, click the TEXT BOX and enter the code copied from your email. To bypass authentication on the device for 7-days, click the CHECKBOX next to do not challenge me on this device for the next 7-days.
Note to ensure you are not challenged for 7-days, you must use the same browser and device upon sign-in. This is in addition to clicking the do not challenge checkbox.
Click VERIFY to continue to the agent services dashboard screen.
